This week is National Eye Health Week which aims to promote the importance of regular sight tests and looking after our eyes. Each day, the organisers Vision Matters will focus on an area of eye health, so watch out for coverage in the media or your local opticians.

Their message is simple, ‘Vision really matters. Sight is the sense people fear losing the most, yet many of us don’t know the best way to look after our eyes. National Eye Health Week aims to change all that.’
