We are delighted to announce that we have been accredited as a Feefo Gold Trusted Merchant for the second year running. To receive this coveted Gold Trusted Merchant status, we are required to receive an average Service Rating of between 95% and 100% and this is something we work hard to maintain through staff training and continually updating our procedures.
We work closely with Trading Standards and are members of the Better Regulation Delivery Office Primary Authority to ensure we sell our goods correctly according to their assured advice. We have developed a Corrective Action (Product Recall Plan) including risk assessments, product monitoring procedures and a Customer Charter setting out our aims and commitments.
Feefo awards its Trusted Merchant accreditation to celebrate the dedication of companies that consistently give outstanding customer service as voted by their customers. Companies that score highly, are accredited as either a ‘Trusted Merchant’ or a ‘Gold Trusted Merchant’. By displaying the certification logos on their websites, this gives reassurance as it is a genuine customer-generated Service Rating.
The Trusted Merchant awards are only available to companies using Feefo and are based on the previous year’s reviews. The ratings and reviews collected by Feefo are matched to individual sales, which ensures that only those customers that have actually received an order from us are invited to provide feedback.
This makes the annual Trusted Merchant accreditation highly desirable and well respected, as it is based upon the views of real customers and not employees, friends or awards judges.
